Shruumz is a 1.6oz chocolate bar consisting of 15 pieces/doses. The active ingredients are Lions Mane Mushroom, Reishi Mushroom and Chaga Mushroom as well as a Hemp Extract to accentuate the effects of the mushrooms. The bar is designed to be taken as microdoses throughout the day to help center yourself, or taken in larger doses to have a head change effect.
